Ivan M. Takes a phone call from a customer as an L1 Tech Support agent at one of the major manufactures. This is part of an ongoing series of documentation of daily activities in this workplace.

This is a photograph taken while at work. I work at a Contact centre for a Major computer corporation. I am working here until I find other employment or get into photo journalism school. I have special permission to take photographs as an ‘onsite photographer’ basically a free photojournalist.
